Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League
Join us for the Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League, a program that is built specifically for middle school girls (ages 11-14). The new league is designed to encourage participation in the sport with a focus on increasing access and visibility while developing important life skills. Led by an all-female staff, the program will begin in early November and run 20 consecutive weeks at 13 community ice rinks across the Tri-State Area. The schedule will include a game and a skills session each week and conclude with a league-wide jamboree at the end of the season.
Participant Package:
League Fee: $395 Per Season
Each registration includes the following:
- 10 Games & 10 Skills Sessions
- Appearances from World Class Women's Hockey Players

Format:
The league has been designed to offer families more convenience and less of a travel commitment to help more girls get in the game. Each week consists of 1 hour of skills session led by an NYR Girls Hockey Program Instructor and 1 hour of games, playing the teams your region.

Teams:
Players will be assigned their teams after the first practice for evaluation purposes
Eligibility:
The Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League is available to girls between the ages of 11 - 14 years old. Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate from girls who are getting on the ice for the first time, just getting back in the game, and girls with a few years of experience!
